Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in any course offered by learnconnect01.

Payments and Refunds

All course fees must be paid in full before the course begins. Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Pricing and Residency
Course prices may vary depending on the student’s country of residence. Specifically, students residing in Mexico are eligible for special local pricing for English courses.

Any student — whether residing in Mexico or abroad — who pays using a pricing option that does not correspond to their actual place of residence will have their registration automatically canceled.

In such cases, a refund may be issued; however, we are not responsible for any bank fees, currency exchange differences, or transaction charges incurred during the refund process. These charges are solely the responsibility of the student.

Course Access and Usage

Access to course materials is granted exclusively to the registered student. Sharing, reselling, or distributing course content to others is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward instructors and classmates. Any form of disrespect, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, texts, exercises, and downloadable content, are the intellectual property of learnconnect01 and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms

learnconnect01 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website and services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
