Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the minimum enrollment requirement of 5 students is not met and the course group must be canceled.

In such cases, full refunds will be processed no later than the first week the course was originally scheduled to begin.

Incorrect Pricing Policy

If a student (whether national or international) pays a course fee that does not correspond to their country of residence — for example, an international student paying the Mexican rate — their registration will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

However, we are not responsible for any transaction fees, currency exchange losses, or withdrawal charges that may be applied by your bank or payment provider during the refund process.

Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
